Terms & Conditions for 90-Minute Private Strategy Session

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) are entered into between Leah Kay Enterprises LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”), a Colorado limited liability company, and the client (“Client” or “you”). By purchasing a 90-Minute Private Strategy Session, you agree to the following terms:

1. Service Description

The 90-Minute Private Strategy Session includes:

A pre-session questionnaire completed by Client at least 7 days prior to the scheduled session.
Independent research and preparation conducted by the Company prior to the session.
A 90-minute live strategy call with the Company.
A customized action plan provided during the session, tailored to Client’s business and goals.

Exclusions

This service does not include ongoing support, done-for-you services, ad management, or any implementation beyond the single 90-minute session unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Payment Terms

The fee for the session is $1,997, payable in full at checkout.
Payment plans may be offered at the Company’s discretion under certain circumstances, but full payment must be received before the 90 minute scheduled session.
All purchases are non-refundable due to the extensive preparation and research required.

3. Scheduling & Rescheduling

Sessions must be scheduled at least 7 days in advance.
Clients may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.
If Client fails to attend the scheduled session without proper notice, the session is considered forfeited with no refund.

4. Client Responsibilities

Client must complete and submit the pre-session questionnaire at least 7 days prior to the scheduled call. Failure to do so may impact the quality of the session.
Client acknowledges that results depend on their own participation and implementation of strategies.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all business information shared during the engagement.

5. Deliverables & Recording

The Client will receive access to a recording of the 90-minute session for personal use.
Any frameworks, templates, strategies, or materials provided remain the intellectual property of Leah Kay Enterprises LLC and are licensed for Client’s personal business use only.

6. Limitations & Disclaimers

The Company provides recommendations based on expertise and current market conditions, but makes no guarantees of specific sales, revenue, or business outcomes.
Client understands that strategies are based on the market at the time of the session and may change over time.
The Company is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, missed opportunities, or any other consequential losses arising from use of the strategy session or action plan.

7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through mediation under the laws of the State of Colorado before pursuing any other remedies.

8. Acknowledgment

By purchasing the 90-Minute Private Strategy Session, Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
